I also get these calls. Just spoke to Scooter @ the 800 # above. No extension required. He said he'll send a written note to his "client" -- an e-fax service. So it's his client's client doing this obnoxious, thoughtless day/night faxes. There should be a way to return the favor!

Call 1-800-511-9048 to remove your number from their list. It's one of their customers. We'll see if they really stop calling us in the middele of the night.

j2 global has been calling me from 213-232-3224 since 2am, I turned my phone on silent and woke up with about 20 missed calls from 4am to 6am. I called Pac-West to complain, they emailed the company asking to stop the calls and it seems to have gotten worse. I called the J2 Global customer support in India and was left on hold with horrible music for 10 minutes. No one came back on the line. I have called Pac-West for the 3rd time today asking to have this resolved to no avail as of yet! Now I am getting the same calls from an UNAVAILABLE number. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED!

The problem is still alive and well. I am in the process of blocking the numbers with my carrier. I will also file a complaint with the caller's carrier as soon as I get off the phone.

I googled the number and got Tel-west or Pac-west … whatever they are called. Anyway, some of the Googled notes said to call Tel-west or Pac-west at 800-511-9048 and report it to them. I did. Apparently it’s one of their customers who has an advertising fax service, Pac-west said they’d get it taken care of but it will take about 4 hours. They suggested I unplug my home phone until they get it cleared about 11 pm tonight. Gr-r-r-r.

got repeated calls from 2132323224, called customer service at Pac west Telphone 877-826-4325, as recommeneded by previous poster, pushed extension 3, got real person that promised to report the problem. Company is junk fax sender. Person says they have not gotten many complaints. Please take a minute and make a complaint.
