Complaint Against (313) 203-8198 I have no idea who is calling from this number. When I answer there is "dead air" or no one says anything. Complaint Against (313) 203-8198 I answered the phone to this number last night so I could tell them to stop calling. As soon as I said hello I heard a very faint voice say "please help me" just before the girl on the other end started talking. Since I have a recorder that records all phone conversations, I was able to replay the conversation and confirmed that I really did hear that voice pleading "please help me".
