Whoever owns this number, 323-766-0761, is a scammer or part of a scam. They charged a collect call to my number, which is in the local area code! The charge was $25.00 for 12 minutes. When I call the scammer's number, it's hooked up to a fax. Thank goodness my phone company reversed the charges. Always check yor bill for these scammer charges.
