Same here I just received a phone call but, it looks like a scam that tries to get personal information from you. Thank God there is smarter people out there and posted the number to let other people know.

called my number-cell and it went to voicemail and would not leave a message call it back its busy

I got the same call and it said my visa debit card was cancelled and to puch 1 to talk to someone, it then came back with puch 1 to reactivate card. Now I know this is a scam so I went ahead and pushed 1 and it asked for my credit card number. That is when I hung up. The reason I know it is a scam, I don't have a debit card. I don't have a bank account. So that was a quick sign that there is something wrong. The area code is Georgia and I will be calling the state police to see if they have a fraud department. I would suggest that everyone else does that too.

THIS NUMBER CALLED MY PHONE AND WHEN U TRY TO CALL BACK IT EITHER SAYS BUSY OR CALL REJECTED

Called my cell that my debit card was cancelled and to push "1" to talk to someone. I did not push "1" but stayed on the line. I knew my debit card was fine and my account was fine. Please do something about these calls.
