The owner of the phone called my employer asking questions about myself and claimed he was some type of investigator. He claimed his name was Spegall and that he was working with York County. He also claimed that if I did not return his phone call that he would file a 7404 against me but never explained what that was. My employer in turn relayed the message to myself as they thought he sounded professional. When I called the number that was given to myself, the person on the other line did not answer the phone in a professional manner but only with a simple "Hello". He never stated a company name or his business with myself. When I told him who I was and that I was returning his phone call, the state of urgency of my returning his call was not preseted as such to myself and was actually told that he was busy and would have to call me back but never did so. This is believed to either be a poor collections attempt or a scammer.
