received a message from a man with accent saying his name was neil johnson and that my friend commited fraud and used my name as a reference. he said i needed to contact him in order to not have my credit affected. stragely enough he had my friends name correct too! i left a message for him to call me back.

Left a message at my work stating I must call back or legal issues will be put on me and said something about a loan i took out and never paid I have only had 1 loan in my life and it's paid. So i know this is crap but how did they get my bran new work phone number

Left a message saying I didn't payback a loan. Said that I was committing fraud and gave me the name of a payday loan company I never used. The info pertaining to the loan was bogus as I didn't take out a loan at the date they said or for the amount they said. The number came from the international 052-797-777 number. All people I talked to when calling back had Indian accents. When I called out on who he was and what company he worked for he just said this is a lawyer's office. Now I know when a lawyer talks about his/her practice, they will gladly say this is "Bob, Bob and Joe Associates, Esq. etc.." They wouldn't just give phoney stuff. They just used language that didn't make sense. Example, this is the Dispute Resolution Center fro the Law and Investigation. That isn't a business or tell me anything, that's just fancy words. The address they gave was 3302 West Kennedy Blvd. Tampa FL 33607

Caller left msg. also had a wierd voice and accent. Said to call him back so that her can talk to me about some fraudulent activity and that if i didnt call back, i would be responsible for all legal charges!!! caller id said the call came from 052-797-777
